Діяльність: На основі інструкцій, наданих командою ACTED, збирач даних повинен:
Проводити моніторингові візити перед діяльністю, щоб підтвердити наступне:
- майно бенефіціара відповідає критеріям відбору ACTED (буде надано коротке опитування/контрольний список, а реєстратора буде заздалегідь навчено, як цим користуватися);
- бенефіціар надав точну інформацію щодо рівня збитків його майна;
- вікна все ще потребують ремонту та/або якщо бенефіціар отримував окрему допомогу готівкою або в натуральній формі для ремонту вікон.
Проводити вибіркові перевірки вимірювання та/або встановлення вікон постачальником з метою:
- проведення моніторингу послуги, що надається постачальником;
- надання зворотнього зв’язку *безпосередньо в ACTED* щодо будь-яких проблем, що виникли, або питань, які слід розглянути під час майбутніх робіт.
Проводити моніторинг після діяльності, щоб:
- Проконтролювати підпис акту виконаних робіт;
- підтвердити, що вікна були повністю замінені (згідно зі звітом постачальника) і підтвердити, що роботи виконані на належному рівні (буде надано друге коротке опитування/контрольний список, і реєстратор буде заздалегідь навчений, як це використовувати) .
— Щодня звітує про всі дії та відзначає будь-які проблеми, якщо це не загрожує безпеці
— Дотримується правил безпеки ACTED (у тому числі під час будь-якого руху).
Необхідний набір навичок:
- Здатність працювати автономно (будуть надані чіткі інструкції, але діяльність може виконуватися без нагляду персоналу ACTED);
- Усвідомлення конфіденційного характеру діяльності та захисту персональних даних
- Відмінні навички міжособистісного спілкування;
- Здатність точно та професійно представляти ACTED.

Activities: Based on instructions provided by the ACTED team, the enumerator shall:
- Conduct pre-activity monitoring visits to confirm if:
- the beneficiary’s property meets ACTED’s selection criteria (a short survey / checklist will be provided, and the enumerator trained in advance on how to use this);
- the beneficiary has provided accurate information regarding the level of damages in their property; and
- the windows are still in need of repair and / or if the beneficiary has been separately assisted with cash or in-kind items for the window repair.
- Conduct random spot-checks of window measurement and / or installation by the supplier to:
- observe the service provided by the supplier; and
- provide feedback *directly to ACTED* regarding any issues encountered or points for consideration during future works.
- Conduct post-activity monitoring to:
- support on the signature of completion certificates;
- confirm that windows have been fully replaced (per the report of the supplier) and confirm the works have been completed to a good standard (a second short survey / checklist will be provided, and the enumerator trained in advance on how to use this).
- Report on all activities daily and flag any issues or challenges as soon as is safe to do so;
- Follow ACTED security rules (including during any movement).
Required skill-set:
- Ability to work semi-autonomously (clear instruction will be provided but activities may be conducted without supervision by ACTED staff);
- Awareness of the confidential nature (and potential sensitivity) of personal data;
- Excellent inter-personal skills;
- Capable of accurately and professionally representing ACTED.
